Buddhist Meditation - what to expect ... Mindfulness of Breathing and the Brahma Viharas or sublime abodes (loving kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity) Meditations to aid concentration and develop positive mental states. Discussions and meditation.
All welcome. £8 suggested donation. If you can't afford it, please just come.
Parking ... From the roundabout (where the new bus station is) follow the signs to the supermarkets, round the bus station. We use Iceland £2 (refundable if you purchase goods in Iceland) and Tesco, minimum £15 spend or Frodsham Street car park from 6pm £1.50. Car parking is free after 3pm in the carpark beneath the market.

We meet at Chester Quaker Meeting House, Union Walk, (the shop called "Brighthouse" is on the corner of the road), Off Frodsham Street, Chester CH1 3LF. 6.30-8.30 pm with a tea break during the evening.
